About Liz

Elizabeth Leih helps people visually tell their story. Whether it’s a website or brochure, event invitation or email campaign, Liz eagerly collaborates with clients on custom design solutions that get their messages across. Drawing on a variety of experiences that run the gamut from logo creation to online branding, Liz is equally at ease with web or print projects.

Liz began her visual design career in the theater. After growing up in Louisville, Kentucky with a healthy exposure to painting, ballet and acting, Liz ventured to Kenyon College where she studied art, theater and sociology. She then moved to New York City to pursue a career on the stage. Working in New York’s Off-Broadway and independent film scenes as a costume designer, Liz honed her visual aesthetics and cultivated her communication skills with audiences.

Keen to apply her talents to a new visual profession, Liz earned her Master's degree in Communication Design at Pratt Institute in 2006. Since graduating, Liz has worked with every kind of client from non-profits to educators to entrepreneurs on all sorts of projects. She looks forward to her next collaboration.
